What exactly happens after placing an order?
After receiving your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Once authorized, your funds will be blocked and will be considered a deposit for the value of the item you wish to purchase.
Once the item has been shipped and you have received a confirmation email, the amount paid as a deposit will be used as consideration for the value of the item you purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Successfully placed order will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filter or contact us to confirm.

Something is missing from my order. what should I do?
Our products are delivered individually according to your order. For example, if it contains goods from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order may arrive soon.

I received a damaged item. what can I do?
We are sorry to hear this news. Just send a photo of the damaged item to the email address: [email protected] and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. Instead, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have reimbursement guidelines?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers have while using their products online. If you still wish to refund your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the complaint is lodged within 30 days of the order date and the affected product has not been sold.
