Return an item purchased online
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Piooki, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever method you prefer. The limited warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase or order. You must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the items listed. Shipping and handling charges are fully refunded.

Return by mail
For returns by mail, please contact Customer Service at +1-323-607-5526, Monday through Friday, 8AM-7PM (Pacific Time) to obtain a Return Material Authorization. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Things to know:
Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer

Due to safety concerns, items that use flammable liquids or gases or contain hazardous materials cannot be returned by mail – even if the item has been drained from these materials

Things to know:
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange for the original price – cash-refundable for check and debit card purchases
Valid government-issued photo ID and/or other identifying information must be presented upon return, and a copy may be recorded and retained
Shipping and handling charges are fully refunded
For security reasons, items cannot contain oil or gas when returned or exchanged

For your convenience, you do not have to exchange or return the item to the store where you originally purchased the item
We maintain a database of consumer activity and other information collected in connection with purchases or returns, which we use to authorize returns and may be shared with third parties that provide fraud prevention services

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping. In other cases, you will be responsible for your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fees will be waived if any of the following conditions are met:

Item is unopened and in new condition
Items are replaced with upgraded products of the same category
Replacement items under an extended service plan
Replacement items under manufacturer’s warranty
Return Pumps, Sprayers and Drain Cleaners
For safety reasons, some pumps, sprayers and drain cleaners cannot be returned to the store after opening. Check this list to see if your product SKU is listed.

If the product SKU is on the list above and is turned on, follow these steps:

Return pump, sprayer or drain cleaner within 30 days of original purchase
Fill out and submit the warranty form.

File a claim on a pump, sprayer or drain cleaner after 30 days of original purchase
Have you purchased an Extended Service Protection (ESP) plan for your pump, sprayer or drain cleaner? If so, you can file a claim if it has been more than 30 days since the original purchase and your product fails for a covered reason.

If you purchased an item but you did not purchase an Extended Purchase Program, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

Warranty Information
Lifetime warranty on hand tools
We guarantee our hand tools will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Restrictions apply. Piooki will replace any hand tools that did not function properly during the lifetime of the original purchaser. If an identical item cannot be provided as a substitute: Piooki reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item in its place. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

30-day limited warranty
Piooki makes every effort to ensure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or order.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance. In no event shall we be liable for death, personal injury or property damage, or incidental and incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of the use of our products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty expressly supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness.

To benefit from this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with shipping prepaid. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. in-store receipt or packing slip/invoice), date and description of the complaint.

If our inspection confirms a defect, we will, at our option, replace the product, or if we cannot provide you with a replacement product easily and quickly, we may choose to refund the purchase price. We will return the repaired product at our expense, but if we determine that there is no defect, or the defect is caused by a cause not covered by our warranty, you must bear the cost of returning the product.
