Piooki ships your order using the US Postal Service, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, FedEx Air or Truck Freight Line. You will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the carrier and estimated delivery date.

Free shipping is only available in the continental US.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible
This limited time offer is subject to change without notice
Some large, bulky or overweight items may incur additional shipping charges.

Express orders will be expedited, but please allow processing time

Lift gate charges
If you do not have the equipment to unload certain overweight items from your delivery truck, you must designate a truck with a liftgate to deliver your order and additional charges will apply. The freight company will usually contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange the liftgate. Please provide a valid daytime phone number when placing your order. Things to know:
Port Freight Vehicles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Email address
Items over 70 lbs. Cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii
We do not ship to freight forwarder/logistics addresses
Some orders will be shipped in multiple packages
Due to export requirements, Piooki does not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses
Due to regulations, certain gas powered or volatile items (e.g. generators, engines, spray paint) cannot be shipped by air or courier services
Title and risk of loss pass to you when Piooki bids the product to the carrier
Backordered items
While we do our best to prevent backorders, they do happen occasionally. The item will be dispatched once our warehouse receives a new shipment.

If there is a backorder item in the order, Piooki will charge shipping for the entire item, including the backorder item. When a backordered item ships, you pay only the cost of the item (plus tax, if applicable).

If you are paying with a debit card, we recommend that you debit the full amount of the order from your records to ensure funds are available when your item is available.

If a backorder item is discontinued or unavailable, the item will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged. There may be similar projects or upgraded versions available.
